Above are just some of the questions that have come up over the years as I have been involved in various diversity panels. The names of them often change, ED (Equality and Diversity), EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion), Community Panel, Equality Panel and more. As such I now present workshops and talks on different topics, and offer the creation of bespoke sessions.

LGBTQ+ Language
A workshop about the importance of LGBTQ+ Language, such as pronouns, identities etc and how to use the language respectfully

Trans Consideration
A workshop on what are trans identities, how to work respectfully with trans identities within an organisation, and considerations on how you might support them.

Winter Blues
Winter is known to be particularly challenging, and Seasonal Affective Disorder being diagnosed for 1 in 20 of the population and probably affecting more. What can you do to support yourself, your friends, family and colleagues?

How to create a safe space.
Making people feel safe, heard and supported is more than EAPs. It involves everyone and creating a culture. Learn about what is needed and some ideas on how you achieve that.

Intersectionality at Work
This will help look at the differences that go noticed and unnoticed, and fosters healthy discussion of what is and isn't helpful. It's about highlighting difference, without spotlighting individuals. How can the workplace be accessible and safe for all.

Addressing mental health.
Mental health can be a buzzword, but it is as important as physical health. Stress and anxiety for a lot, start with in the workplace, so how can you support people returning and prevent your organisation impacting others adversely.
